Guangri Elevator was established in 1956, and the first freight elevator was produced and applied for trial in 1973, which marked that Guangri Elevator started on the road of professional manufacturing of elevators. Since the establishment of the company in 1982, it had been active in bringing in elevator technology of frequency and velocity modulation from Japan’s Hitachi so as to push ahead the development of China’s elevator industry. By 1988, it had been continuously brought in advanced elevator technology of frequency conversion from Japan’s Hitachi. After years of digestion and assimilation of the advanced technologies of Hitachi, Japan, Guangri Elevator became one of the "top three” in China’s elevator industry in 1990s, and was conferred various honors in evaluation and competition of domestic and foreign brands and their quality, which made Guangri Elevator a widely acknowledged brand. We have made remarkable achievements in the process of development. In 1990s, we continuously assimilated and digested international advanced elevator technologies and accumulated various advantages in technology, team building, manufacturing, management, talent training and brand strategy so as to lay a solid scientific and technological foundation for further development and rejuvenation of our national industry.
